Wyler's® Light Spiced Tea
Add some spice to your get-togethers with this satisfying recipe.

 
6 cups cold water
3 cups orange juice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
1 envelope Wyler’s Light Iced Tea with Lemon
 
directions
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Serve over ice. Refrigerate..

Wyler's® Light Sparkling Cranberry Tea Punch
Crisp cranberry juice, bubbly lemon-lime and Wyler’s Light Iced Tea with Lemon are a great way to cool off on a hot summer day.


 
6 cups cranberry juice
6 cups diet lemon lime carbonated beverage
1 envelope Wyler’s Light Iced Tea with Lemon
 
directions
Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl. Top with an ice ring made with whole cranberries, thinly sliced lemon, and water.

2 cups (1 pint) no sugar added vanilla ice cream
2 cups skim milk
1 envelope Wyler’s Light Lemonade
1 cup frozen raspberries
 
directions
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth.

Wyler's® Light Raspberry Lemonade Pie
This sweet and tart dessert reminds you of what Grandma made when you were a kid. Light and refreshing, this pie is a perfect ending to a family get-together.

 
1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
1 envelope Wyler’s Light Lemonade
1 8-oz tub light non-dairy whipped topping
1 cup frozen raspberries
Reduced-fat graham cracker pie crust
 

directions
Stir the yogurt and Wyler’s Light Lemonade together. Fold in whipped topping. Gently fold in raspberries. Spoon into pie crust. Garnish with additional raspberries and lemon curls. Refrigerate until serving.

2 ½ water

15 oz can peach slices (juice pack)
2 cups water
1 envelope Wyler’s Light Iced Tea with Peach

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth. Cover and freeze overnight. Allow to stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.

2 lemons, sliced
1 cup frozen sliced peaches
1 envelope Wyler's Light Iced Tea with Lemon
1 gallon cold water

Combine Wyler’s Light Iced Tea with Lemon and water in a pitcher. Add fruit and stir. Serve over ice. Refrigerate leftovers.

Wyler's® Light Berry Cheese Parfaits
Next time you’re asked “What’s for dessert?,” our Berry Cheese Parfait recipe is the perfect treat.

 
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
8 oz light cream cheese
1 envelope Wyler's Light Pink Lemonade
12 oz fat-free evaporated milk
2 cups frozen raspberries
1/2 cup no sugar added raspberry spread
 
directions
Sprinkle gelatin over water. Cook over low heat until gelatin dissolves. Combine light cream cheese and Wyler’s Light Pink Lemonade. Gradually add evaporated milk and beat until smooth. Add gelatin mixture and stir until blended. In a separate bowl combine raspberries and raspberry spread. Spoon 1½ tablespoons of berry mixture into stemmed 6 oz glasses. Top with 1/2 cup of cheese mixture. Cover and chill for 3 hours. Spoon remaining berry mixture over tops of parfaits.

2 cups apricot nectar
2½ cups unsweetened pineapple juice
4 cups chilled carbonated water
1 envelope Wyler's Light Cool Raspberry
1 cup frozen raspberries
12 slices frozen peaches
 
directions
Stir all ingredients together in a punch bowl.

Wyler's® Light Angel Food Cake Trifle
This trifle is a delightful treat for year-round enjoyment.

 
1 8-oz tub light non-dairy whipped topping
1 envelope Wyler's Light Lemonade
1/2 cup skim milk
1 angel food cake, divided into pieces
2 cups frozen blueberries
2 cups frozen peaches
 
directions
Mix the first three ingredients. Layer half the angel food cake on the bottom of a trifle bowl or a large glass serving bowl. Follow with half the blueberries and peaches. Spread half of the Wyler's Light Lemonade mixture on top of the peaches. Repeat layers. Garnish with extra peaches, blueberries, and lemon curls.

Makes 12-16 servings.
